The Benefitfocus Personal Health Assessment (PHA) allows your employees to take a secure, online survey and immediately receive personalized recommendations for improving their health. The Benefitfocus PHA offers up-to-date health and wellness recommendations delivered through text and high-quality, professionally-produced video.
Employees can access the PHA directly from the Benefitfocus eEnrollment™ application while they are enrolling in next year’s benefits or at any time during the year. You can offer financial incentives to employees for completing the health assessment or for meeting specific health-related criteria. Financial incentives are available in eEnrollment as soon as each employee completes the PHA. Deductions for each employee can easily be transmitted to your payroll system using Benefitfocus Payroll Connect™.
You can use a standard list of screening questions or work with us to design a custom survey to meet your specific needs. We can also customize the PHA user interface to reflect your company’s unique look and feel.
You can receive reports that summarize your employee population’s overall health—segmented by various demographic criteria. These reports can help you make informed choices about offering programs to improve your employees’ health and reduce your overall healthcare costs.
